Wendy founded Step Up Staff to pursue her passion of helping others. She is a graduate of Baylor University, where she received a BA degree in Theatre Arts and Corporate Communications. Wendy is a skilled entrepreneur with an extensive career focused in sales and customer service. Wendy served in senior sales or business development roles for Tory Burch, Neiman Marcus, and The Arbor. She also gives her time and efforts to local non profit organizations such as the Center for Child Protection, University of Texas’ Center for Students in Recovery, Dell Children’s Hospital, Austin Pet’s Alive, Women’s Fund of Central Texas, Allies Against Slavery, and American Cancer Society. Wendy also serves on the board for ZACH Theatre and the Advisory Council for Austin’ University High School.

Gary is the Co-Founder and CXO of Step Up Staff. Gary has a career of over 20 years as a Technology Executive who has demonstrated the ability to create and implement strategic visions and plans that drive revenue, obtain outstanding cost reductions, and operational efficiencies while improving company profitability and value. Gary is also a very talented motivational speaker focusing on teaching skills to improving life through hard work and focus. Gary co-found Step Up Staff to compliment his goals of helping people find gainful employment and thereby improving their lives. Gary’s two primary goals for starting for Step Up Staff are 1, to provide each client with quality staff and services that out shine all the competition and 2, to provide hardworking employees with safe gainful employment that will start them on the path to a successful career and quality life that they can celebrate as success.
